Who We Are

Our work across Cambuslang and Rutherglen communities is wide and varied – and is delivered by our dedicated teams, with specialist skills and local knowledge.

The Healthy n Happy Family

We are a community-led organisation, dedicated to improving people’s health and wellbeing across Cambuslang and Rutherglen. Everything we do is built on the belief that stronger communities live healthier and happier lives. Our experienced team, many of whom are from the CamGlen area, work alongside local people to build connections, develop opportunities and support positive change. Through our People and Communities Team, we listen to what matters most to individuals and communities. Whether it’s providing one-to-one mental health and wellbeing support, or helping local people take the lead in shaping their neighbourhoods, we’re committed to empowering people to thrive together.

Number 18 Venue is our vibrant and beautiful community hub for Cambuslang and Rutherglen. It offers a great variety of purposeful and enjoyable activities to connect and benefit our local communities. Whether you’re looking to hire a space, join a class, or take a course, Number 18 offers something for everyone, young or old.

CamGlen Radio is our community-run station, broadcasting across Cambuslang, Rutherglen and surrounding areas. With nearly 100 dedicated volunteers—many facing health challenges, it broadcasts a diverse mix of music, community interviews and content for all ages – spotlighting local artists, bands, history and news.
